This session the presenters examined characteristics of true prophets and true gifts of prophecy to help us discern truth from falsehood. With social media and the speed at which lies can spread today, we all need to be discerning when it comes to predictions of the future and those who claim to have messages from the LORD about the future. Steve Boone –was raised in the Church of God 7th day. He is the Pastor of the Marceline Church of God Seventh Day where he shares preaching and teaching duties. He is currently the Vice-President of the Ministerial Council Board of Directors. Steve lives with his wife Joyce on a small cow-calf farm in Missouri.
