Meet Our Speakers:
Jonathan Carson—Pastor Jon, as he is affectionately called, was installed in May of 2008 as the senior pastor of Shiloh Church of God 7th Day – Hyattsville, Maryland. He is a Credentialed Licensed Minister with the General Council and is Chairman of the Licensing and Credentials Committee. Jonathan and his wife Marjorie live in Mitchellville, Maryland and have two grown children.
Aaron Henderson—Aaron was raised in the Church of God Seventh Day. The Lord called him to full-time ministry in 2010 and he graduated from LifeSpring School of Ministry in 2011. He served as youth/pastor at Marion Church of God Seventh Day from 2010-2017. He is currently focused on evangelism.
Wesley Higgins—Wes is a native of Idaho. Wes is currently serving as pastor of the Celebration Church of God, in Ontario, Oregon. He is also on the Ministerial Council Board of Directors for the General Council, serving as Secretary, and is also serving on the Licensing and Credentials Committee and the Publications Committee.
Samuel Marques—Pastor of the Seventh-Day Church of God in Brazil. He is a university professor and pastor of a local church. He received his license from the General Council in 2022. He has been marrid to Ana Lúcia for 28 years and they have three boys.
Byron Lee Sanchez—Byron has been a member of the Sabbath-keeping Churches of God his entire life. He began his ministry in 2014 with prison ministry. He is currently pastor of the 7th Day Church of God Apostolic in Caldwell, Idaho and is an associate pastor at the Celebration Church of God in Ontario, Oregon under Wes Higgins. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Education for Maranatha College and serves on the Publications Committee.
A. Joseph Sanchez—Brother Joe is a husband and father of five who lives in Huntsville Texas. He teaches highly sarcastic biblical apologetics on his YouTube channel “My Hebrew Roots”. He graduated from seminary school in Big Sandy Texas and is a building contractor.
