Moderator – Rodney Boone
Rodney Boone is currently a Credentialed Licensed Minister of the General Council Churches of God, (Seventh Day) and has been licensed since 2008. Rodney and his wife, Quinet, have four adult children and attend the Meridian Church of God 7th Day, in Meridian, Idaho, where he currently serves on both its Board of Elders and Board of Directors. Rodney is also a member of the Ministerial Council Board of the General Council and has also served previously as president, vice-president, and as a board member of the General Council Board of Directors.
Panel Member – Basil Straker
Pastor Straker is the husband of Madrine Straker and the father of three young adults. He has been a member of Beulah Church of God 7th Day for about 40 years, he is dedicated to the ministry of shepherding, and he leans on the mindset of lifelong learning. Prior to becoming a Pastor his zeal for the Lord and love for people became more apparent to the elders who then confirmed the ordination of Missionary, later ministry of Pastor, and then senior Pastor.
Pastor Straker exhibits the spiritual discipline of the Word and Prayer, he believes that his body is a temple of the Lord, and the “quality of food” matters, therefore, he advocates for a healthy and balanced diet.
As a lifelong learner, Pastor Straker enjoys a diversity of genres such as politics, history, documentary, life science, and food science.

Brother Straker is a Credentialed Licensed Minister of the General Council and has been licensed with the Council since 2017.
Panel Member – Wes Higgins
Native of Idaho. Raised in the Lutheran tradition. God called him to His Sabbath in his late teens. Wes is currently serving as pastor of the Celebration Church of God, is on the Ministerial Board of Directors of the Church of God, (Seventh Day), serves as Secretary, and is also a member of the Licensing and Credentials Committee. Wes is currently a Credentialed Licensed Minister and has been licensed with the General Council Churches of God, (Seventh Day) since 2005.
Panel Member – Steve Boone
Steve was raised in the Church of God 7th day. He is the Chairman of the Board of Elders at the Marceline Church of God Seventh Day where he shares preaching and teaching duties. He is currently a Credentialed Licensed Minister, the President of the Ministerial Council Board and a member of the Board of Directors of the General Council. Steve works a full-time job as a manager for the State of Missouri Department of Natural Resources. He spends his free time taking care of a small cow-calf herd on his Missouri farm.
