Teaching Of Jesus
The words Jesus spoke while walking this earth are available. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Matthew 24:35 The words Jesus spoke are important. If a man love me, he will keep my words, and my Father will love him; and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loves me not does not keep my sayings. John 14:23, 24 Bible teachers will profit from using this book. For personal study and reference material. Encourage students to compare and use Jesus as the authority. If His words are important, all students need access to those words. Parents need the spoken teachings for the children. Pastors, the most influential group in the witnessing ministry, need to review His words often. The Teachings of Jesus is as close to the words Jesus used as I am capable of expressing, using the King James English. The word "And" that I would often like to eliminate along with a long list of "that", offer a useful rhythm. Verily, verily: adds emphasis to the passage. So! the King James is almost intact. You will judge as to the success of this effort. I, like Paul, do not claim to have attained or apprehended but our Father has allowed me to have a part in producing a unique book: containing The Words of Jesus and listing of entire Gospel texts in approximate chronological order, with little personal comment.
